Your Grateful Nation (YGN), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to assisting top tier Special Operators transitioning from the military and into America’s highest performing companies, is pleased to announce the election of Don Crosby as the Chairman of the Board, effective January 1, 2020. Don succeeds Craig Powell, CEO of MOTUS, who was chairman from 2017 through 2019.
Crosby, a Marine Corps veteran, has served as Vice Chairman of the YGN Board since 2016. Prior to joining the YGN board of directors, he was the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for McDonald’s Corporation headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
Don brings 40 years of corporate and strategic talent management experience to YGN. He also served for 12 years on the executive board of Ronald McDonald House Charities, including as chairman, where he led the consolidation of four RMH houses into one entity in Chicago, making it the largest RMHC network in the global McDonald’s system.
Your Grateful Nation was founded by CEOs and Co-Founded by Rob O’Neill, a former SEAL Team 6 operator in 2013.
